Products

What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our collections feature thoughtfully selected materials including solid gold, sterling silver, gold fill over brass, stainless steel with 18K PVD gold plating, moissanite, and cubic zirconia. Detailed material information is listed on each product page.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin. As sensitivities vary, we recommend reviewing the materials listed on each product page or reaching out to us with specific concerns.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is designed for longevity. Solid gold does not tarnish, while sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time and can be easily polished. With proper care, gold-filled and PVD-plated pieces will maintain their finish beautifully. Please refer to our Materials & Care page for guidance.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Our pieces are crafted for everyday wear. However, to preserve their finish and extend longevity, we recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or prolonged exposure to water, and drying pieces thoroughly before storing.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, non-custom pieces in their original condition. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page. 

How do I start a return or exchange?
