Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- non-final sale
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at JGFantasyJewels@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Final Sale Items
Custom pieces, personalized items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
